We implicitly uphold to the utmost highest with a vote of confidence based upon the qualities of truth, honesty, character and integrity stipulated by letters of recommendation, reputation and agreement for mutual security and benefit. The criteria required through inquiry, investigation, varification, simplicity, grace and ease in manifesting positive results efficiently and effectively for everybody concerned is adhered to by this prerequisite for legitmate and successful relationships to prevail.

 Purchases
1. Full Payment
100% purchase price of ArtWorks
2. Installment Plan * upon approval
50% Down Payment, incremental payments arranged for the balance
3. Investment for Charitable Contributions
Upon full payment of an Original Artworks, CCPI will contribute a percentage of the price on behalf of the purchaser in their name as a charitable contribution and humanitarian gesture for "The Evolutionary Expressionism of Life Energy"© to a charitable organization that will notify you directly of the completion of this commitment. Payment
1. All purchases must be paid to the order of:

2. Methods of payment
Major Credit Cards only through "PayPal" online payment systems* and/or Credit Card Checks, Currency, Money Order, Bank Wire Transfers, Cashiers, Certified and Regular/Personal Bank Checks accepted (with ample time for clearance to complete transaction).
Special Notations
1. Confirmation
CCPI will send a letter of confirmation stipulating all pertinent information and arrangements regarding purchase of any ArtWork products accompanied with the bill of sale for the mutual benefit and security of all parties involved by US certified postal mail service to protect the investment of the purchaser.
2. Artist's Agreement
Standard Artist's Contractual Agreement (see the contract section)
This standard agreement contract accompanies every piece of ArtWorks by "JV Harvey" to assure the mutual benefit and appreciation of the ArtWorks is maintained 100%.
3. Commission ArtWorks by Visual Artist: "JV Harvey"
To the more ambitious supporter of the Artist's ArtWorks, please inquire.

Framing - Standard/Custom Made
1. Original Paintings
Original Paintings are framed with standard exhibition framing when delivered to owner unless the purchaser requests a custom made frame* selected by the artist best suited for optimum display.*
* Special framing of extraordinary expense is left to the purchaser upon their discretion.
2. Gilcée Prints on Canvas
ArtWorks are reproduced by order: Gilcée on canvas in standard size (to be determined by artist), with framing by the purchaser's preference.
CCPI will not frame a print, unless requested by the purchaser with an additional cost to do so accordingly.
Delivery
1. Original Paintings
CCPI will deliver the purchase to the purchaser within 15 to 30 days of CCPI's receipt of completed contractual agreement, based upon payment arrangements for Original Artworks and other merchandise, All purchases are insured for the sojourn to it's rightful destination via applicable carriers for safety measures, based upon size and insurance requirements: UPS, Federal Express, US Postal Service, Special Delivery and/or Pick-ups.*
Rates may vary accordingly and will be tabulated based upon shipping and handling cost.
The cost for shipping and handling is incorporated in the price of Original Artworks only.
Sales Tax will be added for MD purchasers.
Additional Ways To Obtain ArtWorks
1. Exhibitions
Attend Public and Private Exhibitions/Shows and Presentations as announced and scheduled.
2. Studio Visits
Strictly by appointment only.
